1. CULTURE. This is broad, I know....but hey, I'm an anthropologist!
2. Elephants. I am determined to ride one!
3. Floating markets with fresh fruit that I've never tasted before
4. Asian desserts. Gotta please my sweet tooth!
5. Looking out the window on train rides :)
